Cape Fear Shiner County Park Logos | Corner Tab Creative

We had the privilege of designing two logos for Harnett County Parks and Recreation of North Carolina. The logos represent the Cape Fear Shiner – County Park and highlights one of the native fish in the area, the Cape Fear Shiner. The Cape Fear Shiner is a small minnow like fish that is a shiny silver color with a dark stripe down both its sides.

The main direction and criteria given by the Harnett County Parks & Rec. team was that the logos needed to highlight the fish and have clear legible text with an appropriate color scheme. The final product would be used for print, web, and also be placed on signs around the park.

Over the years, we have worked with Harnett County on a number of projects from websites, print media, graphics, and logos. They are always a joy to work with and the Cape Fear Shiner – County Park logos proved no different.
